• Our services are designed to provide privacy to legitimate users. We are not here to facilitate illegal activity. If that is your intention, go elsewhere.

 

• We provide offshore VPN and Email services. Currently we operate offshore VPN servers in Columbia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hong Kong, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Turkey and Switzerland. We also operate VPN servers in the USA and UK on a separate network from the offshore servers. USA and UK servers are provided as an optional convenience to customers who require a USA or UK IP address. They are not intended to be used for applications where internet privacy is a concern.

• We do not limit your connection speed or the amount of data you can transfer.

 

• P2P is allowed on our offshore servers excluding US and UK.

 

• Each email account is limited to 100 MB of disk space and 250 SMTP transfers per day. Using the account to send spam is prohibited.

 

• You are allowed one OpenVPN and One L2TP/PPTP connection at any given time, per user.

 

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited. Should you engage in any activity that violates the law you are in violation of the terms of service. This includes, but is not limited to, sending SPAM emails, using our servers in relation to various click fraud schemes, hacking, or any other fraudulent activity.

 

• Any actions which disrupt our networks or the networks of others are prohibited.

 

• We do not provide services to Nigeria, Cote d’ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Sierra Leone, Gabon and Cameroon. If you access the service from one of these locations your account will be terminated.

 

• We reserve the right to terminate the service of anyone for any reason.

 

• We do not offer free trials.

 

• We do not offer refunds unless we are unable to make the service work for you.
